Watters International Realty is looking to hire a Managing Broker to help us grow as a company! As a Managing Broker, you will be assisting Sales Agents in transactional processes as well as keeping the team up to date on all new and upcoming TREC/Brokerage changes. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized with matching core values and the ability to fit into our established team.

This is a full time position where the Managing Broker will work out of our office in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the broker of record for our corporate teams
• Ensure standard of TREC and corporate compliance protocols for all teams
• Review offers for new Sales Agents
• Coordinate pending transactions for Sales Agents
• Provide side-by-side training to Sales Agents as they execute and process their first offers
• Write amendments, aid in contract negotiations
• Maintain contract dates to ensure smooth transactions
• Troubleshoot transactional issues with very high expertise of transactional knowledge
• Handle client and Sales Agent escalations with skill and compassion
• Participate in elements of training and onboarding of all new Sales Agents
• Offer ongoing training to Sales Agents company-wide
• Provide relevant advice and training on contracts to Sales Agent team
• Maintain all records for Sales Agent production.
• As Managing Broker, must be up to date on all current Real Estate laws and updates
• Keep track of Real Estate trends, market fluctuation, changes in technology and be able to communicate with Sales Agents efficiently
• Participate in training franchise units as required

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate Brokers license in Texas
• 5+ years in the Real Estate industry
• NAR/TAR/ACTRIS MLS membership

The Managing Broker position is salaried with commission.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
